Privacy Policy
What data DigiSignWall collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have over it.

Who we are
DigiSignWall provides cloud digital signage software that lets organisations manage, schedule and publish content to display screens. This policy covers our marketing website, the admin console at app.digisignwall.com, and the player software installed on screens.
For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact emailus@digisignwall.com.
Data we collect
We collect only what the service needs to operate:
- Account data — name, email address, organisation and role, provided when an account is created.
- Content you upload — images, video, playlists, layouts and schedules stored so they can be delivered to your screens.
- Screen and player telemetry — device identifier, pairing code, online status, currently playing content and playback confirmations, used to show screen health and to prove what actually played.
- Usage and diagnostics — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, used for security, debugging and abuse prevention.
- Billing data — plan, billing contact and invoice history. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.
We do not use cameras, microphones or facial recognition, and our players do not collect audience biometrics.
How we use it
We use personal data to operate and secure the service, deliver your content to your screens, provide support, send service notices about outages or billing, and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Analytics and cookies
This marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and records a pseudonymous identifier, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page and pages viewed. We use this only in aggregate.
The admin console uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Analytics entirely.
Legal bases
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on: contract for delivering the service you signed up for; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and product improvement; consent for optional analytics and marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time; and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers who process it on our instructions under contract — cloud hosting and storage, our payment processor, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics. We may also disclose data where required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case we will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.
International transfers
Our infrastructure and some processors operate outside your country. Where personal data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to keep it protected to the same standard.
Retention
Account and content data is kept for as long as the account is active. After cancellation we retain it for 30 days so the account can be restored, then delete it. Logs are kept for up to 12 months. Invoices are retained for the period tax law requires, typically six years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
To make a request, email emailus@digisignwall.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, role-based and logged, and we support two-factor authentication and SSO on eligible plans. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify affected customers and the relevant regulator without undue delay if a breach puts personal data at risk.
Children
DigiSignWall is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
